1967-72 Evaporator core drain hose. This is the evaporator core case drain hose with clamp. When damaged or missing it will cause evaporator core to freeze up. This stops airflow from allowing humidity from outside air being drawn into case while allowing the evaporator case to drain condensation that forms.
