1947-71 Non-EEC or 1972-92 EEC Non-Locking Gas Cap Stainless Steel. Please specify year group in cart as these do differ based on the following information- 1971 trucks without EEC should use 1947-71 Chevy-GMC version. 1972-91 Chevy-GMC with original EEC tanks should use 1972 version as these have a smaller gas fill opening. Neither of the caps we carry are correct for the original 1971 EEC tanks as they were a 1 year only fuel neck size the same as all Reproduction EEC tanks available.
NOTE: Those with original style 1971 EEC gas tanks and all EEC reproduction tanks should locate and purchase a Stant Part # 10704 at a local auto parts store as the neck on the 1972 EEC reproduction tank differs from original.
